• Join PTO for Family Fun Day at Broken Spoke Farm on Sept 21st! Enjoy yummy ice cream, fresh eggs, and organic produce while supporting Little River. 10% of proceeds go to our fundraiser! Farm stand open 12-8pm at 5601 St Marys Rd, Hillsborough NC.

• Thank you to our Little River Parents who responded to our call to fill vacant representation on the DPS Title 1 Parent Advisory Steering Committee!

• NCDPI Data Release for 2023-2024 On September 4, the State of North Carolina released our school’s performance data for last school year along with the data for all public schools in NC. See the DPS response here. See Little River here. DPS will also have information available on the Durham Public Schools website at www.dpsnc.net.

• Little River’s current social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X) will be closing to transition to updated platforms. Effective September 16, new Facebook and Instagram accounts will debut!
