DPS has created videos for families showing how to get set up with and troubleshoot Chromebooks, hotspots, Canvas, Zoom, etc. Videos are available in both English and Spanish here: https://www.dpsnc.net/Page/5053
Please encourage your children to actually shut down their Chromebooks (not just close the lid) at least once a week or so. This will help it run more smoothly.
